• Created tasks, projects, and lists

• Pomodoro sessions and durations
• Statistics and progress records
• Flowchart data
1.4 Automatically Collected Technical Information
• Device type, model, and operating system
• Application version
• Last login date and time
• Login method (email, Google, Apple)

We process your data for the following purposes and legal basis:

4. DATA SECURITY
We take the following technical and administrative measures to protect your data:
Technical Measures:
• SSL/TLS encrypted connections (HTTPS) - All data communication is encrypted
• Firebase Authentication security system
• Firestore security rules for data access control
• Passwords stored as hashed
• Regular security updates and patches

• Minimum data collection principle (only necessary data)
• Access control and authorization

Important Note: No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. However, we use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
5. USER RIGHTS (UNDER KVKK AND GDPR)
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you have the following rights:
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• If processed, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion under the conditions set forth in KVKK Article 7
• To request notification of correction and deletion to third parties
• To request data export (right to data portability)
• To object to adverse results from automated analysis
• To claim damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing

7. DATA STORAGE LOCATION AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data is stored and processed on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. Firebase may store data in data centers located in the United States and other regions.
For data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom to the US:
• Google LLC complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
• Standard Contractual Clauses are applied
• Appropriate safeguards are provided under GDPR Article 46

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION PERIODS
• Account information: Until account deletion
• Task and project data: Until user deletes
• Statistics data: Until account deletion
• Profile information: Until account deletion
• Technical log records: 90 days (for security purposes)
Account Deletion:
• Your account deletion request is processed immediately
• Your data is instantly removed from Firebase Authentication and Firestore
• Complete removal of data from Firebase distributed backups is completed within 30 days
• This period is due to technical requirements of Firebase infrastructure
• Account deletion: Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Data export is recommended: Settings > Data Management > Export
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
• In Turkey under KVKK: Parental/guardian consent is required for users under 15
• In the European Union under GDPR: Parental/guardian consent is required for users under 16
• Accounts that do not comply with age requirements will be immediately closed
If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us at support@tente.app. In this case, we will immediately delete the relevant account and data.
10. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made:
• Registered users will be notified by email
• In-app notifications will be displayed
• The "Last Updated" date will be updated
Continuing to use the application after changes means you accept the new privacy policy.
