The rules and conditions you must follow when using the Tente platform are explained in this document. By using the application, you accept these terms.
1. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tente.
• In Turkey, under KVKK regulations, parental/guardian consent is required for users under 15.
• In the EU, under GDPR regulations, parental/guardian consent is required for users under 16.
• Accounts that do not meet age requirements will be immediately terminated.
2. APPLICATION DEFINITION
Tente is a productivity application that combines the Pomodoro technique with task management. Users can create focus sessions using the timer and manage their tasks.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• A valid email address is required to register on the platform.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Each user can only create one account.
• Email verification is mandatory.
4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Do not share your password with anyone or use it on other applications.
• Actions performed from your account are considered your responsibility.
• Contact support immediately in case of suspicious activity.
5. USAGE RULES
The following behaviors are prohibited:
• Misusing or abusing the application
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Negatively affecting other users' experience
• Using for illegal purposes
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Reverse engineering or copying the application
• Creating accounts on behalf of others
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account
6. DATA USAGE
• Tasks and projects you create belong to you.
• Your data is stored securely.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Tente integrates with the following third-party services:
• Firebase (Google): Database, authentication, and cloud storage
• Google Sign-In: Sign in with Google account
• Apple Sign-In: Sign in with Apple account
These services are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. Tente is not responsible for third-party service policies. By using these services, you agree to the respective companies' terms.
8. SERVICE CHANGES
• Features may be changed or removed without notice.
• Access to the service may be limited during maintenance.
• New features may be added.
9. DISCLAIMER
• The application is provided "as is."
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
• No liability for damages resulting from data loss.
• Consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law are reserved.
• For EU users, rights under GDPR apply.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Tente brand, logo, and designs are protected by copyright.
• Users may not copy the application or perform reverse engineering.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
• Users can delete their accounts INSTANTLY at any time.
• Account deletion is IRREVERSIBLE.
• After account deletion, ALL your data (tasks, projects, statistics) will be permanently deleted.
• We strongly recommend exporting your data before deletion (Settings > Data Management > Export Data).
• Complete removal of your data from Firebase servers is completed within 30 days.
• Accounts violating the terms of use may be suspended with warning or deleted directly.
12. GOVERNING LAW
• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Disputes arising from the application shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
• Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) applies where applicable.
• Rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive are reserved for European Union citizens.
• Data subjects may exercise their rights under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
• These terms may be updated from time to time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Continuing to use the application after changes means accepting the new terms.
